I can’t help but cry reading this article. This behavior is repulsive and downright despicable. America is supposed to be the Land of the Free. We are all in this life together and should be united, embracing our diversity, building up one another; being our best self. Our backgrounds make us all unique. To think that you are better than someone because of your color, race, religion, profession, etc is reprehensible. I challenge my friends, my family, and anyone reading this post to take a mirror and look in it. There is no one like you. You are unique. You have heart. You are amazing. You matter. Remember to treat others how you would like to be treated. Stop the nonsense. Stop judging, hating, and belittling others simply because they’re different. Go a step further and hold others accountable. Stand up for what’s right. Don’t stand by and do nothing. Be the change. Be better. Don’t waste time and energy that could be put towards a greater good. “That energy could be turned into feeding the people, cleaning up our communities and figuring out what else we can do,” Nathan Phillips said. “We need the young people to be doing that instead of saying: ‘These guys are our enemies.’ ” #itstimeforchange #embrace #goldenrule #peaceandlove #nooneisperfect #dowhatsright https://apple.news/AduudU-x8TROyl4FGTLOyLw - 2 days ago
