Et oui, j'étais toute seule alors je me suis fait un petit shooting de moi même, tranquillou haha
Séance haut du corps, on a fait une bonne séance de 2h avec le dos, les pecs, les bibi et les tritri et les épaules, bien complet quoi!
Et on fini sur 20 minutes de course en intermittent : perfect!
C est sûr que j'ai beaucoup à rattraper niveau muscu mais ça fait un bien fou! 🤩
Demain on file sur un 20 km de marche 💪🏼

Well Folks, I caught the plague. I'm doing whatever I can to minimize the damage; drinking lots of fluids, doubling up EmergenC, taking a ton of Turmeric, and walking around with my trusty Lysol and Purell.  So far no fever, so I mustered the bit of energy I had in my reserves and worked out so that I would only be skipping Cardio Flow this week (I'm so heartbroken 😏). I made sure to lower the weights just a smidge and keep my heartrate below 70%, but I was able to do the full workout with little to no mods.

Today I just did a very small basic exercise of about 45 minutes, just after work, before I went home after another busy week. Some cadence switches, some power switches, nothing really heavy, nothing really exhausting, but it felt good to do something just before going home again. Aside from that, my legs were still hurting from yesterdays team time trial interval training, so taking it easy was the right decision!

FITNESS FRIDAY!!! Just got in some 200 intervals, times might not be super fast but when you're only getting a 200 jog recovery and you have to do double digits in quantity, it starts building on you!

Back on familiar ground for this evenings easy 4 miler. A huge shout out to @paddyharro who came 5th in the Hajar 50 today. Well done my friend! What a run 🏃‍♂️ ~~
Was feeling a little frustrated in tonight’s run because a pace that should feel easy - was not as easy as I would hope. Then I started to put it into perspective. I am making some good progress getting back to running after injury ✅ Getting to @londonmarathon seems very realistic possibility ✅ the ankle continues to progress ✅ and my pace should feel harder having not done any significant speed work for about 14 weeks ✅ But I have been patient and I am close now to reintroducing some faster interval sessions. I know from past experience what a difference this makes to my running. I love the challenge of intervals and the #runnershigh you get after the run. Next week maybe - I am back on it!!! 😁

▶️ It is all good to move slowly and perfectly control your body, consciously but sometimes Life requires us to be explosive and move fast and so that is what we're preparing for. As always great fun training with @redcruisecrusader⚡🤺⚡🤺⚡🤺

The Champion Clubs Cup was unforgettable for so many reasons, an experience I will carry with me throughout my life! 😳

We finished 5th, result that isn’t bad at all if we think that it was the first time a Master team from Navarra managed to quilify and that we entered in the seventh position. As far as I am concerned, I dropped  another second in the 400m race!! 🙌
.
The track was full of people!  The commentator’s voice (we were on streaming) alternated with disco music, so it was quite hard not to dance! Hearing: “ We are ready for the 400m race,… , in lane…, for the Athletics Club .." followed by my name was just  WOWWWWW!!! (Did you see my stories?? 😉 ) .
It was such a great day! 💫

RUN 🏃🏻‍♀️🌅 Avec ce beau temps ☀️, on a qu’une envie c’est d’en profiter. Du coup, après le boulot direction les étangs pour courir 🏃🏻‍♀️.
