Day 291: My momma's quick, economical fav. Meal prepping with this. 
Egg Curry

10 eggs
2 medium onions
2 tsbp coconut oil
2 tbsp butter
3 medium tomatoes
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2cm of ginger, grated
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp leaf masala
2 tsp packo masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander

Boil ten eggs. Leave to cool. 
Braise onions on medium heat with coconut oil and butter. Once onions are brown, add garlic and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes. Grate tomatoes and add all spices to the tomatoes. Mix thoroughly. Add to onions and close pot's lid. Let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add boiled eggs and cook for a further 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander.

Hallo ihr Lieben! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Wir hatten gestern einen aufregenden letzten Tag: Wir haben uns die wunderschöne Stadt Faro angesehen und sind in den Genuss einer privaten Bootstour gekommen 🚤⚓️, begleitet von einem Studenten der Meeresbiologe. Und abends ging es dann ins Flugzeug zurück nach Berlin.✈️ Und obwohl wir den ganzen Tag wieder so viele leckere Dinge gegessen haben und uns für den Flug mit ordentlich Proviant eingedeckt haben, zeigt meine Waage -400gr an! 
YES 🙌🏼 ich freu mich. Kleine Portionen essen kann ich zwar immer noch nicht, aber mit Fasten und viel Bewegung hab ich jetzt sogar im Urlaub abgenommen. 😍🚀
Heute habe ich noch frei und werde mal die Koffer auspacken, alle unsere Sachen waschen, und später zum Sport gehen. Abends gehe ich mit dem Herzmann und zwei Freundinnen essen - beim Portugiesen um die Ecke natürlich 😻.

Repeat. 😊 People often ask me, “How did you get so fit?” — over the past 11 years (of my fitness journey), my answer has varied between various workouts/diets etc.... but now and when it comes down to it - my answer is always “#DISCIPLINE”.... Don’t make it your goal “to be fit”. Make it your goal “to be disciplined”, being fit will follow 🙏🏼 — Making a commitment or staying discipline, means staying loyal to what you said you were going to do, long after the mood you said it in has left you. (Doesn’t just apply to fitness! But everything in life)

Now don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t mean I don’t eat & drink amazing (unhealthy) things! I just exercise every single day (doesn’t matter the time or how busy I am - I’m disciplined enough to fit it in somewhere) and I Intermittent Fast 3-4x per week therefore being in a caloric deficit for majority of the week. Which means, I don’t need to restrict myself whenever I’m eating or drinking with my friends or at social events! First time buat sedapp. Suhun lebih rendah GI dari bihun. Jadi untuk diet sesuai sangat. Suhun dibuat dari kacang hijau. Tapi tetap bersukat ye.

Next boleh buat suhun goreng mamak lah.
Ho ho ho ho🤗😘 Boleh masukkan dalam menu diet korang. Ini semua sebab terliur tengok wanita hari ini. Main masak-masak sup pula 😅 godaan betul.

Well I didn't manage to waterfast the whole day. I caved at 8pm.😁

My omad was really quick and easy. I just lined the bottom of a baking dish with spinach, added some cheese , cracked in a couple of eggs and placed a piece of smoked salmon in there and chucked it in the oven with garlic bread on the side for 15mins. 🤤💗 I also had 2 feijoas and scroggin after that. .

So I've never publicly posted about my weight loss journey until this week, when I posted on the Keto subreddit. I got so many sweet and supportive comments from everyone that I decided to have the courage to make the Imgur link public. It went viral and got over 180K views and 9000 upvotes and reached the front page. 
I used to weigh over 500 pounds at my worst. I wasn't happy and experienced loss at a young age that led to excess weight gain. I've lost 260 pounds naturally since 2016 through
keto and exercise and I'm now at 240 feeling better than I ever have. I wanted to make this post to motivate anyone who's on their own weight loss journey. When the going gets tough just know that all you can do is push through, don't give up, you got this.

💪🏻 I could not be more excited this morning that the scales have tipped IN MY FAVOUR once more! .

🎯 Only 1st 1.5lb till I reach my target. .

⚖️ My next short-term goal however, is to reach 9st 7lb by our wedding anniversary, which is exactly a month today. That’s only 1lb per week, but hey, if I’ve got lower than that I’ll be buzzing! .

🤦🏻‍♀️ At the end of 2015 I had reached my highest weight, 10st 8, which doesn’t sound like a lot but I’m a very small person! I decided to work hard and lose the weight, and achingly slowly, I lost a stone over about 8/9 months. I maintained this for a little while, but then our life suddenly got turned upside down in late 2016 with moving, new jobs and then travelling for work, and my routine went out the window, so I started piling those pounds back on. So when I was back up to my highest weight again this time last year, I was SO annoyed at myself! I briefly tried alternate day fasting, which worked to give me a bit more confidence at my friends wedding, but I yo-yoed up and down all year till now. Finally I’m doing it, and as weird as it sounds, fasting feels sustainable! .

🍽I was careful before embarking on intermittent fasting though, to really think about my relationship with food, because it would be a very unhealthy thing for anyone with disordered eating to fast at all. But it’s ok, I love food 😂 I just needed to start eating within my TDEE, and not the same portions as my husband!!

Start over as many times as it takes. Brush yourself off and tell yourself that this time it’s for real! You’re going to do this. Take it one day at a time and make small changes one at a time. Some people can jump in and change everything at once and that’s awesome! Wasn’t the case for me though. Hundreds of times I started out trying to do everything at once and a hundred times I failed. This time I decided to approach it differently. Well, subconsciously I did. I did one thing at a time and allowed myself time to adjust to one lifestyle change before I put another one on myself. It’s ok to be gentle on yourself! This is a lifetime. You’re literally changing your lifestyle! That takes time!! Don’t be so hard on yourself if you mess up. Bad habits die hard. But, your new habit should be getting right back on track IF you do mess up. That right there is impressive on its own🖤🖤 transformations don’t happen overnight and neither will your adjustment to this new lifestyle. Be patient. Take it one day at a time and love yourself the whole time!! As long as you never quit you WILL get there💪🏻🖤💪🏻🖤
