I actually love all the classes! However, there are some days that one class is a better fit for my day. But if I have to choose, Max Mix Core always feels good. *What is your favorite healthy dish?
I love Atlantic Salmon, home cooked, seasoned lightly with salt, pepper, and a little garlic. (We jazzed it up a little, see recipe in our newsletter) *What fitness goals or accomplishments have you recently met?
I have improved in overall health and well-being. I am definitely more toned, losing weight, and feeling great! My fitness goal is to live my best life and be the best "Me" that I can be. *In your opinion, what is the biggest benefit of exercising?
Exercising is one element of living a life of wholeness. The biggest benefit is the reward knowing that you are doing something great for the future "You." - 57 minutes ago
