You see fancy videos of bar muscle ups, handstand walks, HSPU, kipping pull ups but how do people reach to that level —- it’s by doing progression drills. My whole perception of learning a skill has changed, instead of directly jumping to the actual movement I am learning the progression level under guidance..... My biggest challenge will be to practice them 2-3 times a week 👊🏼

Release..Stretch..then activate..The difference in the 2 squats..are pretty obvious... The first one I haven't done any foam rolling or stretching to give me that room to sit into a comfortable deep squat and hence you'll see a lot of forward lean..I just did my mobility drills... But that isn't enough with my mobility being fairly poor....Still gotta have @_mk_hkd there for the spotting though..😋 I've seen a lot of people who struggle with this same form for years and do nothing about it..Those 20-30 minutes before your workout make a huge difference to your form and make it a whole lot more comfortable for you to perform to your full potential..If you don't have the mobility to squat..it'll feel exactly like trying to squat in freakishly tight pants..so let's avoid those uncomfortable squats..all you need is a tennis ball and a foam roller and I can help you improve your form..Let's train smart guys! The first one I haven't done any foam rolling or stretching to give me that room to sit into a comfortable deep squat and hence you'll see a lot of forward lean..I just did my mobility drills... But that isn't enough with my mobility being fairly poor....Still gotta have @_mk_hkd there for the spotting though.. I've seen a lot of people who struggle with this same form for years and do nothing about it..Those 20-30 minutes before your workout make a huge difference to your form and make it a whole lot more comfortable for you to perform to your full potential..If you don't have the mobility to squat..it'll feel exactly like trying to squat in freakishly tight pants..so let's avoid those uncomfortable squats..all you need is a tennis ball and a foam roller and I can help you improve your form..Let's train smart guys!
