A good pace 5miles after work. Definitely agree that exercise has a huge impact on mental health. Its a key part of my mental health regime, the endorphins and confidence boost it gives. Even just a short session can work wonders.
Having improved my exercise regime massively lately, I'd love to improve my nutrition. I know next to nothing but prefer when meals are cooked with ingredients as close to their natural state as possible, with plenty of colours on the plate.
