🏼SWITCH 🏼LEGS for each set ♀️♀️
(Kept the weight at 10lbs for this since my legs are broken already)
I don’t know why I always record these example videos when I’m half dead or when I’m wearing black and gray 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
. 🏼NORMALLY I DO :
8-10 reps on EACH LEG x 4 sets with 5-15 lb kettlebells/Medicine Ball/dumbbell either at the :
🏼Beginning as a warmup .
or 🏼the END as a burn out🏼 .
.Find a box/or seat short enough to break parallel. .(yeah I know it’s a struggle for us short peoples)
Try to keep your feet planted and push from your heels. .
DO NOT use Body Momentum to get up.

Keep legs/booty/core TIGHT AF during and SQUEEZE THE BOOTY CHEEKS. At the top of the rep.
