Let’s talk about stress ~️ Who feels stressed sometimes?
I do ♀️ I’m aware of the fact that there’s two types of stress: good stress & bad stress. ️According to studies, a bit of stress can be a burst of energy that basically advises you on what to do.
️ On the other hand, too much stress can be detrimental. Emotional stress that stays around for weeks or months can weaken the immune system and cause high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even heart disease.
I came to a realization that I feel most stressed (bad stress) when I hear loud noise such as car horns, people shouting on the street and construction noise etc. I’m really sensitive with the noise & sometimes smell in public.
Knowing the core of your stress helps you find a solution to the problem.
For me, since I’m a huge huge fan of nature, I’d love to try to go to nature every weekend or when I have days off. Managing any kind of stress you have in life is a proactive way to help take care of your health. 🤝
