Here are some ideas that can help speed up your growth as a player, or in any other area really!
🗓 First and foremost, you need consistently. Everything else falls apart if you are not training, eating right, recovering, studying, etc, consistently. This is the first step if you aren’t there yet.
After you have consistency down, it’s time to optimize what you do. You have the habit of doing, which is great, but not all practices are the same. You want to keep looking at what you’re doing and ask how can I make this serve me better? Optimize your training, eating, etc.
️ One way to take an optimized routine and just plug it into your training is getting a proven system or program. This will vary based on what you are looking for. I have never regretted buying a system that has cut the learning curve for me or laid things out plainly. 🗣 Lastly, I believe the most beneficial thing and the one that will give you the fastest results is getting a personal coach! They will be able to identify exactly what you need to work on and give you a plan to follow. They’ll also help you stay accountable!
