The one-armed hanging these days is done as often as the smoking in the airplane, not at all.🤷🏼‍♂️ In the everyday life the necessity exists only in bus and train and even there one sees that the arm remains always under the shoulder.
A society that complains about #shoulderpain and causes it itself. 
Instead of paying attention to it every day, the health system is burdened with consultations with doctors and physiotherapists.

In training you can also see zero of it. With every pull-up, people complain and complain instead of using this time to do something for their own health. It cannot be that nobody can do a pull-up any more and it is taken for granted to run to the doctor and ask for therapy.
There are things going wrong in people's minds.

What could be other reasons for the lack of hanging during training? - You have to deal with impatient customers. Very few have the patience and sense for their bodies. Everything has to bring fast optical success and you can still look at your health. I want to look now, today, immediately good.

The paradox is, with your 2x training per week it just takes longer than if your clients would do 4x or more per week. The impatience of your clients is slowing them down.
- Your knowledge is not enough to bring an unhealthy situation of your client into a healthy situation. Here I can help you with structured plans. Also in coaching we can look at and plan the progression of your clients together. - Your assertiveness is not strong enough. You are the boss in the ring and nobody else. 
Your customer doesn't go to Ferrari and explains yours how a V12 has to work.

Try at least once a week to build in an overhead exercise that your customer has to keep. 
Your customer may not thank you for it in the short term, but in the long term.😊

Every next dude in the gym is either on some type of juice or is seeking the advice of a juiced trainer. It’s hard to stay natural and those who do it, learn a lot along the way.

To grow bigger naturally, you need a lot of time and unfathomable patience. This patience along with consistency, are great qualities that natural bodybuilding can teach you.  These qualities will not only help you in the weight room but also, outside of it. If you look closely, a chap looking to pack on as much muscle as possible using performance enhancing drugs in a span of 12, 16 or 20 weeks, will not have any such qualities.

Einen wunderschönen guten Abend meine Lieben.

Jeder Tag ist eine Herausforderung. 
Es gibt Tage, da läuft alles wie von selbst und Du hast das Gefühl, es kann nichts schief gehen.
Diese Tage lieben wir alle! 
Den Unterschied machen die Tage, wo nicht alles läuft. 
Du stehst Morgens auf und bist noch total müde und hast zu wenig geschlafen.
Auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, stehst Du im Stau oder die U-Bahn ist voll wie nie.
Dann quälst Du Dich irgendwie durch Deinen Arbeitstag. 
Die Arbeit ist endlich geschafft und jetzt noch zum Training 😣
Das ist der Augenblick, der den grossen  Unterschied ausmacht.
Wer bist Du?
Ich fahre lieber nach Hause und gehe Morgen zum Training, denn Heute wird das eh nichts" 
Oder
Das war zwar ein scheiss Tag, aber das Training wird dafür umso besser"
