Who wouldn't love a flawless bod that had all the muscle lines and curves and no cellulite or loose skin? Sure, that would be pretty damn awesome, but that's not me and I will not punish myself or strive to be perfect, that's not my jam! 🤟🏼
This body has held 2 pregnancies, of which I gained 30 lbs with both. I have seen it go through some serious transformations, endure injuries (hello hip surgery!), Suffer from severe stress/anxiety/depression and the entertaining bipolar disorder 🤪🏼🤷🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️
I'm so proud of how far I've come and how dedicated I've been ... BUT ... I'm still human. I still love food. I am not starving myself, not depriving myself of the food I love (living in moderation) I still have loose skin.
