Beh, incominciamo dal presupposto che se questa frase viene detta da una ragazza grassa, beh, cavoli tuoi!
Nessuno ti costringe ad essere grassa. 
Io non sono nata magra, con gli addominali, con il fisico un po' definito, con un fisco apprezzato dagli uomini.
NO.
Io per cercare di ottenere questo fisico e migliorarmi sempre di più, vado in palestra 6 giorni su 7!!
Io per ottenere un fisico invidiabile e soprattutto che mi soddisfi faccio una dieta dove i dolci, i fritti e i grassi non esistono!!!!
Io quando esco con le amiche durante la settimana, mi porto le gallette per merenda mentre loro mangiano ciò che vogliono.
Io mi sveglio al mattino presto e faccio km di camminata ogni giorno oltre la palestra.
Io non passo la mia vita sul divano con patatine in mano.
Io non vado al mc donalds un giorno si e l'altro pure.
Io non rimando la dieta al lunedì prossimo.
Io non faccio colazione al bar con cornetto e cappuccino. 
NO!!! Io lo faccio perché mi amo, lo faccio perché, che diavolo sto al mondo a fare se a 23 anni mi trascuro????
Cioé  dai, ma è normale che una ragazza si curi, che si voglia vedere bene fisicamente per sé stessa in primis e poi anche per avere un ragazzo affianco!
Quindi smettetela di invidiare le altre ragazze, smettetela di essere invidiose e criticare.
Smettetela litigare con il vostro moroso perché d'estate al mare lui guarda le fisicate e non voi!!
Smettetela di rimandare e datevi da fare!

When I first started working out, I looked at my body and thought, “I am not genetically able to get bigger then this” or “I am not strong enough to lift heavier”. I then realised I needed to change my mindset. I needed to know that every workout was compounding towards my growth. And once I started crawling towards subtle growth, I used that momentum to learn to  walk, and eventually run towards my goals.

This weeks #exerciseoftheweek is a classic and should be part part of any leg day routine! 
DB Lunges are great at building strong legs! This compound exercise activates Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Gluteals as well as Hip Adductors and Abductors; resulting in great all round lower body gains! 
This exercise can also be performed with a bar or weight vest! 
Enjoy!

I encourage everyone to find a 'why' so great you can run🏃 through walls with it. This morning I got through this run with a word from Steven Furtick about talking myself into my calling. We often spend too much time and have become experts at talking ourselves out of something. Try listening to God's pull and talk yourself into obedience. It'll make running through walls that much easier.

I followed that up by Billy Alsbrook who reminds me every time that God did not give me a spirit of fear. This seems to be a very common theme God has been speaking into me lately from all different directions. Fear can hold us back from running through the wall of our calling, but if that why is great enough we can so all things through him.

Last night I realised when planning my workouts I had a problem. We are going to visit my parents on Wednesday till Sunday and I have no weights there. 😳 
So I had to get my workouts with weights in before Wednesday and then I can do cardio ones when I am there.
I did not want to miss out on my Liift4 program.
.
So last night at 11pm I pushed play and did week 4 day 1. And at 9am this morning I pushed play again and did week 4 day 2 🙌 .
I’m determined not to let our travels interrupt my workouts, plus all finished off with my vanilla and banana shake. 😋😋😋😋 .
