Green Souffle Omelette⁣

INGREDIENTS:⠀⁣⠀
3 eggs separated ⠀⁣⠀
25g baby spinach chopped ⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp chopped chives⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp chopped dill ⠀⁣⠀
50g grated mozzarella (reserving 20g)⠀⁣⠀
50g grated cheddar (reserving 20g) ⠀⁣⠀
25g grated parmesan ⠀⁣⠀
100ml sparkling water ⠀⁣⠀
Salt and freshly ground pepper ⠀⁣⠀
1 tbsp butter

TO SERVE:⠀⁣⠀
Grated parmesan ⠀⁣⠀
Chopped chives ⠀⁣⠀
Dill fronds

STEPS:⠀ ⁣⠀
Make your omelette - Separate your eggs, putting the yolks in a small bowl and the whites in the bowl of your mixer, along with the sparkling water. Whisk the egg whites to soft peaks, and then carefully fold in the egg yolks along with the chopped spinach, chives, dill, cheeses (reserving some to put under the grill) and some seasoning. ⠀⁣⠀
Turn your grill on to medium heat. Heat a small non-stick frying pan on a low to medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Carefully slide the egg mixture into the pan and give it a little shake to spread it to the edges. Allow this to cook for 1 minute then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar across the surface and place the frying pan under the grill. Let it cook here for 1 – 2 minutes until the cheese has melted and going lightly golden. Take the pan out the oven and allow it to sit for 2 minutes. ⠀⁣⠀
Serve - Slide the omelet onto a plate and carefully fold one side over to reveal the golden underside.
 Sprinkle on some more grated parmesan and chopped chives and serve immediately

yesterday, i took my leftover air-fried chicken nuggets crusted with @eatcheddies cheddar crackers and threw them in a bowl of @osso_good_bones tomato basil paleo soup and a big ole dollop of @kitehillfoods chive cream cheese for lunch. andddd it was a damn good idea, 80 degrees or not 👌🏻

- 1 szklanka mąki orkiszowej - 1/4 paczki drożdży - łyżeczka oliwy - 2 pomidory - 1 cebula - 2 łyżeczki erytrytolu - Mozarella light - przyprawy ( czosnek , zioła prowansalskie, oregano , papryka ostra, sól ) - Skyr naturalny 
Ciasto: 
Dosypujemy do mąki pół łyżeczki soli dolewamy łyżeczkę oliwy.  Dodajemy drożdże wymieszane w 1/3 szklanki wody ze szczypta erytrytolu i wyrabiamy Nasze ciasto. 
Zostawiamy na 30 min do wyrośnięcia. 
Sos pomidorowy: 
Pomidory z cebula, czosnkiem , 2 łyżeczkami erytrytolu i ziołami miksujemy, przelewamy do garnka i gotujemy do zgęstnienia sosu.

1446 Kalorien und ich bin pappsatt.😊 Zum Frühstück gab es Porridge - auf dem Foto war es noch sehr flüssig, ist dann aber noch angedickt und war perfekt 😍 - 234 Kalorien.

Zum "Mittagessen" (also um 11 und 1😂) gab es erst einen Apfel und Kokoswasser und dann ein Brötchen vom Vortag mit Ketchup und vegetarischer Fleischwurst von #gutfried - die ist soooo lecker.😊😍 für insgesamt 382 Kalorien 
Mein Abendessen hatte ich auch gerade schon und da gab es Holzofenbrot von @lidlde mit Kürbissuppe von @knorrdeutschland und einem fertigen Nudelsalat, ebenfalls von Lidl. Das Essen war soo lecker und hat mich echt gefüllt. 😅 Morgen gibt es das Brot nochmal, erneut kaufen werde ich es aber wahrscheinlich nicht, weil es viel weniger Kalorien hätte, wenn man es selber macht, aber naja.🤷🏻‍♀️ geschmeckt hat es ja trotzdem. 😇 - 766 Kalorien

Gleich mache ich ein Workout (500 Kalorien von Sophia Thiel) und danach lege ich mich hin und esse noch 200g Erdbeeren für 64 Kalorien 😍🍓 Habt einen schönen Abend. ❤

Eu cheguei de viagem ontem me sentindo meio inchadona - o corpo reclamou das bobeiras em excesso. 🙄🙄 Aí me bateu a vontade de uma sopinha. Acho que a chuva ajudou tb! Fiz creme de abóbora japonesa com frango desfiado e cogumelo Paris. 🎃🍄 E se quiser fazer só com o cogumelo para a segunda sem carne, vai fundo que fica bom! Foi só cozinhar a abóbora picada na água, com sal, ervas e um tico de gengibre. Bater bem. Em outra panela refoguei o frango desfiado com azeite, cebola e os cogumelos. Joguei na sopa e deixei ferver. Quem mais é biruta e tem vontade de sopa no calor??? 😂😂😂 levanta a mão aí!

@wearehummusapiens have found a new advocate for their grub. Exceeded my expectations and very much enjoyed this wrap. 
I forgot what was in it, but it has a lovely spice/heat which was balanced with sweet & tangy notes. Really generous with the portions and best of all, it has not triggered my ED 😅

I did top it off with some of my Vegan cheese but only because I had bits of sample cheese left from the market today 😅

The cheese worked well. Added a bit of lightness to it. Maybe it should be added to the menu, *hint hint nudge nudge* 😜 I'm not a chef though so what do I know. I just adore cheese 😂

soft and chewy steel cut oatmeal 🍚:
take a glass jar or a mason jar, even a tupperware container if that’s what you prefer and add the following:
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup filtered water
- a little sea salt
put the cap on and shake until combined, then put the lid on and set in the fridge. i let mine sit for 2-3 days. then when i want oats, i’ll strain 1/3c oats at a time and then cook on the stovetop, microwave, whatever you prefer! the soaking helps speed up the cooking process and helps me enjoy steel cut oats more!

Parece que aspectos como a sensação de fome, a redução do gasto energético e a perda de massa muscular estão mais relacionados com a composição da dieta e consumo energético diário do que o número de refeições. Por exemplo para você ter mais saciedade e não sentir fome, a escolha de alimentos ricos em fibras e proteínas parece ser a solução. Já para evitar a redução do gasto energético e a perda de massa magra, é indispensável treinar musculação e aumentar a ingesta proteica. Portanto, a estratégia vai variar de acordo com o estilo de vida e rotina do paciente. Se você gosta de comer a cada 3hrs, sem problemas 👍🏼!!! Se você é uma pessoa que prefere fazer menos refeições ao longo do dia, também será uma boa escolha, desde que esteja ingerindo tudo o que precisa de acordo com o objetivo que está buscando! DA OGGI DIETA... Oggi è lunedì, durante il week end abbiamo un po’ esagerato 🍺 🍕 🍰 , ci si sente un po’ in colpa... Oggi per forza colazione con thè caldo 🍵 e via, chi a lavoro, chi all’università... Alle 10:00,  un brontolio già rompeva il silenzio 😖

Alle 11:00  un po’ d’acqua 💧e hai tirato avanti. Dai che è solo il primo giorno! 
Arriva il pranzo e ti sei preparata un’insalata 🥗 tristissima che al tuo stomaco non gli fa nemmeno il solletico.

E riuscirai ad arrivare anche a cena, con pollo e broccoli 🥦💪🏻 Ma poi la sera ti giri e rigiri nel letto, il tuo stomaco è vuoto, non riesci a dormire 🛏 e sai  pure che in cucina c’è la torta avanzata dal pranzo della domenica 🍰 🤦🏻‍♀️ Uno, due e tre... vabbè sticavoli mi mangio una fetta di torta, ma anche la torta intera!

Ed ecco che la dieta si rimanda a lunedì prossimo.

Beh è arrivato il momento di iniziare sul serio e di non cedere dopo nemmeno 24 ore.

Come ho scritto nel mio post precedente, se inizi ora puoi arrivare quest’estate avendo perso anche 6-8 kg!

Ma ricorda la dieta che funziona è quella che fai. Quella che riesci a mantenere per più tempo.

Per questa settimana quindi cerca solo di: ✔️ pesarti domani mattina a digiuno
✔️pesare quello che mangi
✔️registrarlo in un app come MyFitnessPal o Fat Secret
✔️ scegliere per l’80% alimenti sani, non confezionati (frutta, verdura, carne, legumi, pesce, latticini magri, cereali integrali, tuberi)
✔️ per il 20% cibi un po’ più “proibiti”, ovviamente con moderazione ✔️ ripesarti la prossima settimana.

Per questa settimana questo è tutto quello che dovrai fare, nessuna restrizione, niente sensi di colpa, poi ti dirò il resto 🔜
