Been so busy between event planning (& attending), deadlines, project management, appointments/meetings, dance, and still finding time to maintain my mental & physical health and relationships, I’ve hardly had much time to myself. So here’s a PSA/NTS to stop and smell the roses, but in this case — dandelions? Time spent being alone with others is still not alone time! Take your vitamins, get your sweat on, meditate, and eat your veggies. Treat your temple the way it deserves to be treated and then some.
