My First session with these guys today. I'll be honest, I felt a bit green around the gills near the end..haha..but I made it (all be it half dead)!!! It's been I while since I've worked that hard Nothing like punishing myself for all the unhealthy things I've done to my body over the last 12 months but my ass needed kicking so hahaha, Sucked in me..!! 🤣 .
That said this is why I like group sessions. Be it crossfit, lifting, strength and conditioning, Pilates, or spin classes, WHAT ever your into. You show up and there you have it, A built in support crew!! A room full of people that are doing the exact same thing as you and you're all pushing together and supporting each other. Im doing the six week change your body challenge.
I'm starting with 3 days a week. One fitness day two strength (maybe 3 strength later) Two major things this particular gym brings for me 1: more accountability 2: I can take my kids.
