Once you master push-ups, first pat yourself on the back. Well done! Very few people can even do those. 
Next step is to move on to weighted push-ups. Try to build up to doing at least half of your body weight in added weight on your back for 8-10 reps. 
Then after you master that, the next step is to move on to one arm push-ups. 
Technique for one arm pushups:
1) Put your nonworking hand begins your back
2) Make sure that you go all the way down to the ground and touch your chest and every rep. 
3) Get your core extremely tight and squeeze it super hard. This will give you more pressing strength. You’ll be surprised at how much strength you will gain by tightening your your core as hard as possible during a left.
4) Squeeze your lat super hard as you press.

Day 7 and the last day of @briana.yoga ‘s birthday challengel - HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL 🥳🎂🎈🎉💃🏾

Day 7 and the last Pose is to show your signature posture. I chose Bakasana or Crow Pose. This was the first intermediate posture that I learnt in yoga and the only one I kind of just hopped up into it without much work. Now all these years later I’m trying to work on straightening my arms into Crane Pose - which basically requires a hell of a lot more core strength 💪🏽

I love this second picture, I remember taking it and feeling so proud of myself and that was nearly 5 years ago now! Crow is a tough pose and my biggest advice to anyone trying it is to look at a spot on the ground just ahead of your hands and focus on it. Practice lifting one leg at a time and then pull in your navel to your spine and see what happens!

The challenge is to do a picture a day up until Briana’s birthday today with the following intentions:
Day 1 - a pose that used to be challenging, but is not anymore - Headstand/ Sirsasana
Day 2 - your favourite yoga pose - Warrior 2/ Virabhadrasana II
Day 3 - a pose you have never tried before - Mukta Hasta Sirsasana/ Free Hands Headstand
Day 4 - a pose that calms you - Baddha Konasana/ Butterfly Pose
Day 5 - anything with hands at heart centre - Anjali Mudra/ Seated Pose
Day 6 - your most challenging pose - Tolasana/ Scale Pose
Day 7 - your go-to signature pose - Bakasana/ Crow Pose

Los Romboides pueden sufrir acortamientos en acciones de mucha intensidad por su sentido funcional, pueden ser de carácter compensatorio, pueden Inhibirse al ser vencidos por su antagónico generando asi el SCS, también podría ser el resultado de un déficit en el Serrato Mayor que es el oponente directo del Romboides. 🤔How strong is your core? 🤓I’m a firm believer that if you want to improve on lifts, run faster, longer, or perform any other excise, you must not neglect your core or lower back. There are so many core and low back movements that you can chose but I ❤️/ hate hollow rocks. I also like to incorporate floor Pilates moves because they’re just challenging.
