Pullthrough squats 3x10
-Leg extensions 3x15
-Lying leg curls 3x15
Standing calf raises 3x10
Seated calf raises 3x12
The goal of this session is to build strength and size in your legs. Be explosive in the first half and then build and hold a pump in the second portion. I love using heavy compound lifts to build muscle and it doesn't hurt to not only look like you can lift a lot, but actually lift a lot. .
