It was and still is my therapy. Without it, I would fall into a deep dark depression. To combat these swift emotional changes, fitness set the course to my life. .
I began to change my mindset and saw doors creek open. My body changed immensely in the course of two months as I shed 25 pounds. My family and friends took notice and wanted to know what they assumed was my great secret. But telling them the truth, that fitness became an outlet for coping with my depression, seemed like an inadequate response to their continuous lines of questioning. .
