In honor of #tacotuesday let’s talk about goals.
In lifting, career, and life itself it’s important to have goals. Most people have lofty grand goals they want to achieve. They want to total X amount, or travel to this place, but while they are seeing the Forrest that is this grand goal they aren’t seeing the trees that make it happen.
Having small goals set in short and medium term lengths is a great way to keep one motivated and keep the sense of accomplishment going daily, weekly, and monthly.
So try setting 3 tiers of goals. Short term, medium term, and a grand goal in an aspect of your life. Make the journey an accomplishment not just the destination. You’ll be surprised how this simple thing can really change your perspective on life. I’ve personally noticed a huge difference since I’ve implemented this thought process in my own life.
Tell me about your goals. Whatever they are, big or small. From simply sleeping enough every night to making your millions. It all starts with today.
Some of the current goals I’m working towards.
