These two movements are essential when trying to target the middle/ lower portion of the back. They are particular beneficial when trying to obtain a thicker/ defined back.

The first movement is elevated t bar rows, using 25 LBS plates: reason for this is to get a full stretch and contraction of those muscle fibres in the back. The second movement is a variation of the first one, it is intended to hit the upper regions of the back. The purpose of this particular movement in question is to incorporate any missed muscle fibres that wasn’t used in the first exercise. ‼️LETS WORK‼️

Before starting my leg workout today I promised myself that I will get a 180kg PB. After a few warm up sets the weight moved quite smoothly so I ended up increasing the weight 🍑🍑 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Today, #TEAMBPI’s pro golfer Sarkes (@golfworkout) shares his tip to increase those gains on course! ⛳️ 🏌️ 🏌️‍♀️🔥🔥🔥 #BPITip #1 Core Strength & Stabilization -  balancing on the yoga ball creates outer glutei strength and stabilization while going through multiple different battle rope moves which create upper movement while keeping the lower half of your body quiet. This is also a great quick cardio workout! 🔥🔥🔥 #BPITip #2 Swipe Left👌Load & Explode - Here we create a mini circuit of complete lower body activation. This is critical to anyones golf game as many do not understand that the power in the golf swing comes from the ground up. With that said this circuit runs through  8-12 squats first squats,  8 - 12 each side side to side medball slams using your glutei to fire up to drive the ball down, 6-10 lateral explosive pushes which mimics / exaggerates  what your golf swing through impact should feel like. Run through this 3 times with no rest.
