UNSTUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS are one of the least appetizing looking dishes I make, but damn if they don’t taste good. It’s one of my favorite lunches because it’s easy to make in a big batch, covers my bases nutritionally and is pretty cheap to make. Cabbage might not be as coveted as darker greens like kale or spinach but still has plenty of nutritional benefits. I’ve got: 3lbs grass fed ground beef, 1 head of cabbage, 2 bags of Minute jasmine rice, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 can tomato paste, 1 onion, 1 jalapeño and I used garlic, salt and pepper that aren’t pictured. 
Step 1: brown the ground beef 
Step 2: chop the cabbage onion and jalapeño 
Step 3: when the beef is cooked dump everything else in with 1-2 cups of water. 
Step 4: simmer that shit until the rice is cooked (adjust water as necessary)
Step 5: go forth and dominate

I mean, I’m actually over here dead at myself. Why are we so afraid of our rolls? Of our skin? Rolls happens, that’s just how things go sometimes (hello, rolls are just skin and when we angle our bodies a certain way, they can pop up, nooooooo freakin b!), nobody is perfect and they certainly aren’t perfect year round 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m a healthy and happy little nugget out here in the world, I exercise, I get my nutrients in, my goals aren’t fat loss currently, and my very first thought was a critique. 😳🙄 ⁣

Reasons to workout are many to build confidence , to be closer to my fitness goals, to be mentally alert, to be happier, to burn more calories, to have more energy.
My favourite place to jog and sweat is Abu Dhabi corniche tracks, looking at the skyline while you run is very inspiring and motivating.
A good 1 hour jog not only changes your body but also changes your mind, your attitude and your mood.
❄️ While the last few days of winters left i want to make the most of it outdoors.
So people come out and enjoy the chill.

My first thought is, “No one is ever “ready” for anything, so ya might as well jump head first and just go for it.”

My second thought is, “Do ya think I started off as the most perfect person? And do you think I’ve worked on myself enough to say I’m a perfect person?” AHH NOOO I am STILL to this day working on me, sharing my journey and being a human. I will never get enough personal development, trust me.

5 x 1 mile repeats today - I’m beginning to come to terms with the fact that I’m either horrible at running clockwise on a track, or my GPS just hates that direction 🤔

Fitness always taught me that no matter how hard it is,adapting my muscles for the weight im lifting is making me stronger. And when i hit a plateau,like in everyday life,i can use progresive overload to make my muscles even stronger. Fitness is not just beastmode or bro splits,its all about tge character!

Gooood Morning Instagram!! Sense I tweaked my back yesterday, instead of taking a bunch off time off. I decided to just go easy and do arms. Specifically Biceps and triceps so I wasn’t using my low back. Unfortunately sense I spent so much time doing low back recovery. I didn’t have a hole lot of time. Always Keep Grinding!!!

Fast forward a week later she’s worked on keeping that core right and balance throughout and keeping the knee behind the toes. •
