If you told me 3 months ago I would be working out every morning at 5:30, I would have laughed in your face. ⠀
Mornings were my worst enemy.⠀
I dreaded waking up, too tired to get out of bed, and too depressed to think about all of the things I hadn’t done, or had to do. ⠀
For too long I gave up on myself.⠀
Too many times I made excuses for why I couldn’t change. ⠀
I was too busy, Too tired, too consumed with things that I had no control over. Too broken to fix⠀
I though that will never work for me.⠀
I couldn’t be one of those people.⠀
I’m so out of shape, it’ll take me months to get where I want to be...
So why bother?
And I quit on myself.
