Knocked out upper fix and lower fix tonight since I missed yesterday’s workout. And I feel like a badass! Lol 💪💪💪 also up another 3 push ups from last week!! Woohoo!! .

I’m also wearing new workout clothes which is always motivating! Lol zyia leggings are seriously the best workout leggings I have ever worn. I’m hooked and want 8 more pairs. Lol .

Когда мы едим шоколад, конфеты, пирожные, булочки и т.д. мы испытываем маленькое счастье.🙌 Мне кажется, если употреблять такую еду постоянно, то она уже не будет чем-то особенным. Это как видеть каждый день машины, людей, магазин возле дома...
Поэтому я пришла к тому, что не буду убирать из своего рациона питания все эти излишества, а просто ограничу до минимума их употребление.👍

I forgot to take my workout photo so you get this instead. I have the prettiest wedding set ever. I LOVE my wedding ring. Buuuuuuuuuuuutttttt momma got heavy and now I cannot wear it comfortably. 😭 I refuse to upsize it. I miss it. At first I carried my naked finger around as a physical sign of my shame at how bad things have become. So when the hubs asked what I would like for Valentine’s Day I asked for a silicone wedding ring replacement until my ring fits again. These are nifty and I like them. Seeing them there has changed shame and loathing about my body to motivation and hope. I can’t wait to show the real deal to you all sometime this year. Hopefully this summer...maybe next month? But soon....real soon. Oh and it was leg day so I’ll be in a wheelchair tomorrow 😆 #makeeverydaycount #beachbodyondemand #21dayfix #mindset

You can only improve if you decide to stretch further outside your comfort zone.  The boundaries and obstacles you place around you (or continue to tell yourself) are holding you back.  Break out of that cycle. Try something new.  Reach a little further.  Start telling yourself you CAN rather than you cannot.  We all have a battle.  We all have that inner voice that tries to sabotage our goals. Don't listen.  Burn a few extra calories and jump over those obstacles.  Reach outside your normal.  A little each day and before you know it, you will be forming new habits and wondering why it took you so long to start in the first place.  Thanks to my husband for capturing this picture. Recent meal prep while I continue to struggle with other areas of my health. Currently experimenting with eliminating gluten to see if it reduces my migraines and stomach pains. So far it seems to be my answer. Now I just need to adjust to a new way of eating and get my energy levels back up so I can start working out again. I will say that I did the beachbody on demand 3 day yoga refresh (without the cleanse) and I really enjoyed it. I hope everyone else is doing better than I am health wise 😊.

The HARDEST thing for me in my journey is 100% ...consistent eating. I LOVE food so it is a struggle for me to constantly eat healthy. 
I'm doing better at having things in MODERATION. However there are days when I just want to EAT. 
What helps me is mentally planning out what I will eat the next day. Yesterday evening I took time to plan out a breakfast and lunch that would be good to eat through the day. 
I had my Shakeology and scrambled egg  whites for breakfast. For lunch was a taco salad and peanut butter/ apples. So filling and I had energy throughout the day!

This is all a process so I take it one day at a time! But it is little things that will help me achieve my goals😊

Healthy ricotta pie with fresh fruit 😍 Satisfied my random pie craving without hurting my waistline! 😉 Counts as 1❤ 1/2💛 1/2💜
Recipe:
*Mix 32oz low fat ricotta with 2 eggs, 1.5 tsp vanilla (my friend got me Madagascar vanilla from Mexico and its a game changer!), the juice of 2 lemons, zest from the lemons (if desired), 2-3 Tbsp honey, and 1/4 tsp salt. I used a hand mixer to blend. Pour into a greased pie dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool. Top with 1 Tbsp coconut sugar and 3 cups mixed berries (you can also add cinnamon if you'd like).
Makes 6 servings, 1❤ 1/2💛 1/2💜 each

Okay I didn’t order a pizza but who else finds grocery shopping exhausting? I came home tonight craving pie of all things 🙄 I had a tub of low fat ricotta in the fridge and some berries so I decided to make a simple ricotta pie with fruit. Part 1 is done! I'll post the finished product (and the recipe) when this baby cools down... Stay tuned!

Whole30 Jerk Tilapia with AIR FRYER TOSTONES (Plantain Chips)‼️ my oh my where do I even start with this recipe, not only are the air fryer tostones one of the most delicious things that have ever come out of my air fryer, but they’re whole 30 approved! And the TILAPIA 😫 how I never put jerk marinade on fish before I will never know but I’m so glad I did. This meal is DYNAMITE and you gotta make it ASAP🔥

For the Jerk Marinade:
Blend together:
6-7 scallions (greens and whites), a whole head of garlic peeled, 1 2” piece of ginger peeled and roughly chopped, 4 scotch bonnet peppers or habaneros, 2 tbsps allspice, 2 shallots peeled and quartered, the juice and zest of 2 limes (I added one more lime after tasting), 2 tbsps soy sauce, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup neutral oil, a few sprigs of thyme, 2 tbsps brown sugar, and salt and pepper to taste (a lot of ingredients I know but trust me)

For the Jerk Tilapia:
Marinate the fish in the jerk marinade at least 2 hours, overnight preferable. I chose to grill them for about 5 min each side on a grill mat with a cedar sheet for some smokey flavor but you can also bake at 350 for about 10-12 min!

For the Tostones:
Cut the ends off a plantain. Cut into 1” pieces and peel by making a slit with a knife and peeling off the skin (video in my highlights!). Spray with olive oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. While still hot, smash down with the bottom of a glass. Spray with olive oil and season generously with salt on both sides. Air fry at 400 for 5 min each side.

Today's workout was a first in Beachbody history - other than the word "next" - it was absolutely silent. I knew this going into it and wasnt sure how it would go...@shaunt has a way of making workouts go by so quickly with his constant words of motivation. I was pleasantly surprised that it was kind of nice -  it felt similar to a long run, when I could get into that quiet headspace. Maybe I'll have to mute you from time to time now, Shaun 😂

Diets are for people that want to miss out on life 😂😂 Low carb, keto, paleo, whole 30-yeah, those have been proven to work but are they sustainable?

No, I don’t carry these containers around with me all day because I have learned what a portion looks like and I have an app on my phone to track my portions. 
I don’t skip eating out, I enjoy a bun with my hamburger and French fries too. I enjoy a cider now and then, I eat chocolate covered gummy bears and dessert is still an option. 
It’s all about balance and once you figure that out, the results start to show.

Looks can be deceiving-this may not look like much...but you definitely don’t go hungry!

“Dieting” (really do hate that word) doesn’t have to be deprivation of all things, but it’s all about making choices and how those choices make you feel. While I would’ve LOVED to smash a donut in my face yesterday (appropriate way to eat 🍩), I knew it was not the thing to make me feel good OR help me reach my goals. One simple choice. And I felt GOOD about it & ate a banana instead 🙃🍌 Sometimes, you DO need to eat the donut. But not ALWAYS 😘

My healthy take on an Thai dish called Swimming Rama! The best part is that this dish can be made in under 30 mins. Easy peasy as my daughter says.

Ingredients 
1 Tbs Ginger, Minced
2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
1Tbsp Coconut Oil 
1lbs Shrimp
1 package Zuchini Noodles from @heb or make your own
1 Yellow Squash, chopped
1Red Bell Pepper, sliced in ribbons
5 oz Spinach
2Tbsp Red Curry Paste
1 Can Coconut Milk 
3Tbsp Tamari or Coconut Aminos
Juice from 2 limes
Cilantro 
Optional - Sweenter of choice (agave, honey, swerve, stevia)
Red pepper flakes

Heat coconut oil in pan on medium add in garlic and ginger then add shrimp, cook until done (2 to 3 mins) remove from pan and set aside. Add in all veggies with the exception of spinach. Saute until soft (7 mins). Add in red curry paste and spoon around pan for about a minute. Add in coconut milk, tamari/coconut aminos, lime juice and sweetener, let simmer for 5 mins.  Add in spinach, stir and let cook for another minute. Remove from heat and add shrimp and red pepper flakes. Plate in bowl and add cilantro on top.

Well did you??? I know, I know the kids are screaming, the dog is barking, the dog needs to eat, the dog needs to go out, clothes need to be washed, dishes washed, dinner cooked, you're exhausted. I GET IT! Just know a little something is better than nothing. 10, 15, 30 minutes is all it takes. Just remember, you can't be 100% to your kids, to your husband and to others if you don't take care of you first 💕
