Ok so hands up if you started January off with full intentions of getting fit and it’s already started to slip at the waist belt ♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️♀️ Last night was a curry, red wine and chocolate kind of evening. With a sick note child, and lack of time to myself my fitness has definitely started to take a back seat and then the cravings kick in. No excuses. I haven’t prioritised my health.
So, as of tomorrow I am going to be doing a 21 day, 10 minute cardio session in the morning before breakfast OR COFFEE! This is going to be a serious challenge for me. I don’t do anything before I’ve had a cup of the black fuel.
If you want to join me, I’m going to be posting my workouts every morning. No equipment required. If you have dumbbells great. If you don’t, don’t worry, all exercises can be done as body weight.
No more than 10 minutes for 21 days! These are going to be quick blasts and just a good kick start to the morning.
