Sitting and standing with proper postural alignment will allow you to work more efficiently with less fatigue and strain on your body's ligaments and muscles. We've all heard the term "eating clean", but why does it really matter? To get abs? To improve your competition times? That stuff is great, but it's not the answer.

Regardless of what you believe, your body is animated with a presence, an energy, an awareness that is you. Your body is the vehicle by which this presence gets to experience life. If the vehicle breaks down due to abuse, that experience of life will surely be more difficult, and the ability of the presence to express itself is hindered. Care for your body, cherish it. Women who lift look like men...false. Women need to lift different than men....false  Women shouldn't lift heavy weight....false.  Don't get too big, you will look like a man....false.  I don't care what size, what shape, what you wear, what you do...sexiness and femininity are a mindset. It's undefinable by body type. I can walk in the gym having not showered in two days (maybe more 🤐), with my foul mouth and jokes and I promise you I am just one of the guys, just another meathead. And when I want to be the polar opposite of that I can be that  too. The amount of weight I lift, the size of my shoulders, or the clothes I am wearing have zero to do with whether I am "feminine" or not. Stop letting society, your mom, or your friends tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing. You just do you, girl. Stop squashing others passions. Encourage the women around you. Fourth pic is from the amazing @boudoirofcincinnati two amazing Cincy photographers!...💙 According to the newest American Fitness Index Rating, Cincinnati is the fittest city in Ohio and in the top 30 in the United States.
Today’s Cincinnati location for outdoor fitness is Smale Park. There is an area there specifically for body weight exercises. As well and a play ground that can be used for pull ups, climbing, hanging leg raises, and plenty of other fun things given a little bit of imagination. But there is so much more being offered there. 
Stroller Barre Class, Smale Mind and Body: Barre Code Classes, Smale Mind and Body: Modo Yoga, 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Sept. 26, Smale Riverfront Park, Mehring Way and Joe Nuxhall Way, Downtown. Classes held on Schmidlapp Event Lawn. Modo Yoga conducts free yoga classes. For more info call 513-357-2604; or check out cincinnatiparks.com for list of all events being offered. And if you’re wondering, what is barre? Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
