Speed/Ground type Abilities:Sand Rush/Sand Veil HA:Speed Boost H:1,4 m W:46 Kg Its habitat are the deserts and the rocky areas of Zannah. It's an incredibly fast runner, and when it needs even more speed it bites its tail and starts rolling. Sand and stones thrown by its strong when it rolls become powerful weapons! Its head is very resistant and its tongue is very acid. Varapid comes from Varan and Rapid. It is based on the Perentie (Varan Giganteus) , a monitor lizard from Australia. Its based also on an ouroboros, a mythological snake that bites its own tail. Its decorations are based on a race pilot's suit, on pintupi (traditional Australian art) and on rugby(very played there).Also the Perentie is everywhere in Australian myths. Hi guys, here's a very old design that I've just redrawn. Magypha, the magic mushroom pokèmon Magic/Grass type H:0,3 m W:4.,2 Kg Abilities:Overcoat/Effect spore HA: Poison Heal It dwells undergrowths in large numbers. The magic type moves of a single Magypha aren't very powerful, but when a large group of them unite into a circle formation they become very strong. Its spores can have healing or debilitating powers and it will help ill or injured travellers with them. But if a traveller tries to eat it its poison would kill him immediately. Magypha comes from Magic and Hyphae, the "roots" of mushrooms. Here it is, the Rusty Reaper! Nobody knows exactly why or how Cacturn assumed this form in Andalus. A theory says that a group of Cacturne were trying to protect their habitat from the humans but they failed and they were nearly killed. They used ingrain on a metal rich soil and they became steel/ghost type. Nothing can stop their rage and even who escapes from its deadly claws will be cursed by its spectral rust. It has lots of different inspirations. Since the original Cacturne is scarecrow the Andalusan one is based on the Tin Man, another character from the wizard of Oz. The Tin Man is heartless, but it searches one, this Cacturne is heartless and merciless. It is also inspired by Edward Scissorhands for its claws. When a sailor falls in the sea this pokèmon attacks him to eat its soul. Andalusan Duskull is obviously based on a pirate, a low grade one Its body reminds the pirate Flag. Its teeth are smoother because of the consumption, inspired by the Scurvy, a disease that attacks sailors and causes teeth problems (but not only that). Considering its original region its bandana is made to remind the evil teams of Hoenn:red for Magma and a similar symbol for Aqua. Tbh the symbol is the same of Koffing.
