"The Irish drinking culture is world-renowned, infamous and inspiring. Nations have admired our abilities to put away 45 pints in 2 hours, stumble home for the fry, and then go at it again. But this does not mean we are not a people of grace and class; Tiffany's themselves invited me to explore their pearl collection with champagne. If that doesn't scream elegance, nothing will. As the great poet Paddy Losty once said "Ara I'm not fond of drinking, but when I go at it, I do go at it awful very hard"".
