Day 162: So if you’ve been semi following along you’ve noticed I’ve been stuck at 180lb range for quite a while.
It’s simple, no excuses.. I’m eating too much. Since I’m tracking everything daily, I have the data to prove it, so I can’t blame it on sleep, stress, or x excuse until I can rule out my calorie intake.
I estimate I should be eating around 1400 cal on rest days and maybe 1800 on gym days.
I feel complacent in where I’m at and I’m not trying as hard. It’s hard to snap out of it for some reason.
Besides that , I feel really good. My sleeping habits have improved massively, I don’t feel lethargic all day , I don’t take naps anymore. I drink half the coffee I used to .. and before the weight loss that coffee didn’t even make me feel energized at all , I could drink a coffee and literally take a nap, that’s how bad I was before.
Anyways if your on this path, give it a good 60 days to break away from that sugar addiction.
I’m not sure if Keto recipes for brownies etc is good for a sugar addict or not , I really didn’t do that and after about 2 months , the cravings dissipated.
Trust me , I would eat junk/ sweet stuff till I threw up, then eat some more...i was probably the top 1% of sugar addicts.
